This project was a complete restoration of an existing Boutique Hotel. In keeping with the existing Tudor architectural style, we modernized the space to adhere to a more current consumer appeal. Along with a lounge and reception area, this design includes a restaurant and twenty-seven various suites to accommodate guests. With its historical designation, the project's overall goal was to create a sophisticated and charming hotel.
